Stock and inventory checks are usually answered within a couple of hours. Everything else within 24 to 48 hours, with technical questions prioritized. After hours, weekends, and holidays extend that.
Please don't use social media to reach us. Facebook and Instagram are not monitored regularly and are not a direct line to us — messages sent there can sit for a long time. Use the phone, a text, or email.
Planning a weekend install?
Send your questions before the weekend. Gather your details first — engine and transmission, what you've already got, and what you're trying to end up with — and send it all in one message. We can almost always answer a complete question in one reply; a partial one turns into three days of back-and-forth.
Custom parts
Custom part requests go through the custom parts link at the top of the page. Read the requirements first — they tell you what we need from you to quote the job.
Returns
All returns must be submitted through the returns page. We'll supply the mailing address once the return is approved.
Visits by appointment
This is a working manufacturing facility rather than a showroom or speed shop, so we don't take walk-ins — but you're welcome to come by if we schedule it. Call or text ahead and we'll set a time that doesn't land in the middle of a production run.
